IFC Certification for Trainers

Facilitating Learning: Online and In-Person (FLO) Program

At Jars of Clay Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, we are proud to offer the globally recognized IFC–LPI Certified Facilitator program the Facilitating Learning: Online and In-Person (FLO) course. This professional development pathway, developed by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) — a member of the World Bank Group — equips trainers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to design and deliver highly engaging learning experiences. As an IFC-certified Master Trainer, Lalinda Wickremeratne guides and supports participants through this transformational program, helping them achieve professional recognition and elevate the impact of their training practice.

What is the IFC-FLO Program About?

The Facilitating Learning: Online and In-Person (FLO) program prepares trainers to conduct effective, engaging, and interactive learning sessions — whether delivered face-to-face or live online.

It answers essential facilitation questions, such as: • How to make engaging introductions and memorable conclusions • How to present content effectively and encourage active participation • How to manage time, communication flow, and difficult participant situations • How to adapt delivery methods for in-person and virtual learning environments This program expands on key principles from the Foundations of Learning self-paced course and demonstrates how to transform lectures into interactive, learner-centered experiences that accelerate retention and application.

Program Format
